Gary has substantial business experience in higher education and health care with skills in sales and marketing, management, consulting, data analytics, operations, and technology. Serving as Chief of Staff to the president of Westminster College introduced him to the fragile nature of private college finances. Efforts to find potential merger partners led Gary to ultimately develop an app (the College Viability App™) that lets users compare the financial health and viability of colleges in the U.S. Gary uses his research and experience to assist higher education institutions to develop greater efficiency and long-term growth and in exploring potential major institutional restructuring, including mergers.
